My Resting Heart Rate Record: 60 bpm
2025-08-19
I learned from Bryan Johnson that having a low resting heart rate (RHR) is a sign that your heart is working more efficiently and that is able to supply more oxygen with less number of pumps.
Last night, I was able to achieve a RHR of 60 bpm. This is a significant achievement for me, having struggled with obesity and anxiety.
I am excited to see how low I can get.
Things I am doing to reduce my RHR:
- Supplements including Magnesium Glycinate
- Meditation
- Weight loss
- Running
- Stress management
