People Avoiding Washing Machines

I don't understand people who can afford a washing machine, but don't want to buy it.

It is not just this machine, but many other appliances, which are not luxury, but basic utilities.

Same goes for an air cooler.

As a general rule, I strongly believe in spending money and saving time.
